membership card) may be collected from the Maths Institute on Monday and
Tuesday of 1st week from 10.45am-11.15am, 11.45am-12.15pm, and 12.45pm-1.15pm.
On the Monday, tickets will only be issued to members.

D.I.Y. Mathematics
This meeting will be held at Exeter College.
This is your chance to explain to the rest of The Society
those exciting mathematical discoveries you’ve made (or read about). Anyone
wishing to contribute should ask The President for more information.

Helen Gardner and Robin Wilson “The Diaries of a Victorian Mathematician”
Tuesday 6th Week (19th February):
Pete Bevin (I.C.L.) “Turing Machines, or Machines that don’t know
when to stop”
This meeting will be followed by the Annual General Meeting.
All nominations for the committee should be given to the Secretary by the
end of Saturday 5th week. Job Descriptions are available from
The President.

Annual Dinner (Black Tie)
This will be held at Exeter College. Anyone who wishes
to attend or would like more details should let The President know by the end
of 2nd Week.
